It was an inpromptu visit to Wattamolla picnic area in the Royal National Park with the family and thankfully I took my camera with me. To my delight these young Kookaburras were very happy to hang around, catching bees, sharing a worm.
I was taking photos of one when the other flew in. Their beaks connected maybe to share some food. Then the cutie on the lower branch looked up as if to say 'thank you'.
I love this photo, its just so sweet! And it is very popular with my customers too.
